Minera Quarry 10th October 2020 

Came to see the Bullfrog Orchid and so pleasec to see it heavily pregnant. Every ovary seems to be developing seed. Hopefully it shall spawn many tadpoles

Minera Railway 18th October 2020  

We are following the River Clywedog Trail through Wrexham County bit by bit, taking it all in. This takes us along the trackbed of the old mineral railway from Minera Lead mines to Minera Quarry. Previously we have walked some of it from both ends, but never reaching the halfway point - here. Trackside there are quite a few Broad-leaved Helleborines heavy with seed, Worth a visit in 2021.
