2023 brought us two new Skull stamps - Post Mortem and Return to Sender - plus reprints of Death Duty and Dead Letter Office. The former both had rather spectral skulls and less spectral variants, whilst the reprints can just be recognised by their oh so brighter colours and oh so whiter paper
Meanwhile on the original Halloween Skulls, both colours, there has been some underprinting going on.
