The Dribbled on by Toads cover was second in a series that started with Eaten by Snails. The actual cover does not use the 10 pence stamp; that is put to a special use inside.
There is a slip inside with a loosely attached 10p stamp overprinted ‘Authorised increase of ¼p’, demonstrating that unused stamps have a monetary value equal to the face value; in this case 10¼p.
The stamp itself is a Wincanton perforated example from the A4 sheets. The overprint is not only added manually with each positioned a bit differently, but vary themselves in format. Notice the significant difference in size of the ¼p
