The same design was used for the following three definitive issues, but with quite different colour schemes. The second issue was printed exclusively by Enschede, but the other two were digitally printed and perforated at Wincanton (with some lack of sharpness on the design detail). The other difference was that the HUGOS letters were reinstated for the Year of the Signifying Frog issue, in keeping with the Going Postal storyline. Oddly, they disappeared again in 2012, Year of the Second Inception, only to return in 2014.

The central drawing of the Post Office building has continued to be used, though possibly redrawn. The exception to this was the special issue, available only with the Going Postal DVD, where a new image was used harking back to the original sketches with less storeys - albeit without the dachshunds.
