A new Clacks stamp surprised collectors in Sept 2015, when a few lucky ones received a c-mail message in the Over the Rimbow LBE. A number of different examples were randomly distributed. They would be continued to be distributed for quite a while giving collectors a good chance of one. Attached was a 3 pence stamp, franked with a red AMPO cancelation. There were no plans to make the stamp available in unused condition, and it is unlikely that there is a sport. So the c-mail will most likely be the only item in tour collections.
