Blind Io is chief of all the gods in Dunmanifestin, and worshipped across Discworld as the God of Thunder. The appearance of an Ankh-Morpork stamp featuring him may be as much to do with the forceful nature of his High Priest in Ankh-Morpork, Hughnon Ridcully, as it is to do with his vast number of followers. The stamp shows Io in typical form as an older man with a piece of cloth around his head. Io is still all-seeing though and the stamp shows three eyes around him. On the common stamps they are inward looking, but on the sport, beware, for they are looking everywhere. The Five Pence stamps were printed in sheets of 20 and released in the Year of the Second Inception.
