Dunmanifestin is the home of the Gods, and sits atop Cor Celesti at the hub of Roundworld. It is where those Gods who actually have sufficient worshippers meet to play games, control the events of mortals on Discworld, and try to outwit each other - especially The Lady and Fate.

Whether the gods actually need a stamp for post is debatable. Are there any tourists wanting to send a postcard home? Perhaps Fedecks is now insisting that the messages he carries has the correct postage paid; ie one dollar. Any visitors would have to watch out for the lightning that flashed up on the sport.
